The transport itself was handled much quicker than expected and everything arrived within one rather than two weeks, which was a nice surprise. I have to say that I would have wished for much better communication with Eurosolutions. It was quite difficult to reach anyone to arrange the pick up date and when our things were ready for delivery, we did not even receive notification in advance. The driver just showed up and called my partner at work, saying that he would have to be at home within an hour because the moving van could not wait any longer. While I understand that this was by no means the driver's fault, many people cannot simply leave work in the middle of the day and my partner was lucky that he was able to do so on such short notice. Also, we were promised that our boxes would be transported from door to door, but in the end, the driver responsible for the delivery said that he was not even supposed to unload the truck for us and only did it as a favor. We carried everything upstairs ourselves. Overall, we are glad our belongings arrived quickly and safely, but would have chosen a different, slightly more expensive service that would have been clearer and more readily available in its communications.
