Before arranging and to ensure a seamless collection, please note the following important information:

To prepare your order, you must notify DSV giving 72 hours’ notice (excluding weekends and UK/IE bank holidays) at email address ordercollection@uk.dsv.com, giving the following information:
Your order number
The name on the order and country of delivery
The name of the person/carrier collecting your order
If your carrier requires labels, invoices or other paperwork to be attached to the box/es
When we should expect your carrier to collect
*Please remember attach any required carrier labels, invoices & other paperwork to your email. Sending them separately may delay the preparation of your order.

The warehouse is open Mon-Fri from 0800-1500 Hrs (excluding IE/UK bank holidays). Orders can only be collected during these hours.

The carrier must quote 'VO' followed by your order number on arrival at the warehouse. Failure to quote your order number will result in a failed collection.

Pay extra attention to the number of actual boxes on your order. Some items are packed in more than one box.

DSV is not able to palletise or package items into less boxes.

Carriers such as DHL, UPS, TNT and FEDEX will not collect boxes unless they are labelled with their own carrier labels.

Please ensure that you check this with your chosen carrier and forward all necessary labels, invoices & paperwork as required by your carrier.
