I'm writing in the name of the Swedish school of Textiles. From 26 June till 1st of July we have an expo in London at the Business Design Centre Islington, 52 Upper street. For the expo we need to bring stand material. The iron bars are 30cm wide by 300 cm long and we will take around 20 of those bars. Also we estimate around bringing 6 pillars (they differ in size small and bigger (max 2m)). We have not decided on how many we will exactly need and there sizes. The materials should arrive 26th of June between 13.00 and 17.00 and need to be picked up between 19.00 and 20.00 the 1st of July to go back to the Swedish school of Textile.

I would like to know if you could give me an estimate of the price for the 2 transports and how many days before everything should be picked up in order to arrive in time in London.
